Hi quarantines!

Hope you're well and exploring new horizons of your daily lives - in a healthy manner :)

We are facing today a global sanitary crisis and whom here does not agree that the industry development played an important part in this foggy side of our century? Even if this wouldn't be the only fact, but also people's consumerism, lack of awareness on the impact of one's actions can have in society or in the environment - what is there to be done - in order to get a global mindset change?

I believe that a massive disruption in people’s mentality would be through the voices of companies* and HR services, world wide - like to post volunteering questions in the interview process. (and of course, to consider that more companies should start their CSR stories as well..) - hellooo!! :)

  • by companies, my first eye is on you, industrial giants :) I know you can!

Volunteering is a great human, social and self action, both in personal life and in the work life:

- it brings you out of the comfort zone

- simultaneously, one can do good around - gets happy and karmically speaking, gets good back :)

- it will turn everyone who volunteers in a higher individual - more aware and willing to grow, organically.

By growing organically I mean the mindset, the achievements, the chemical impact of a healthy thinking - a better human with happier humans next to one - because our job opportunities or tasks, will require us to be like this.

And it’s all, one curriculum requirement away from corporations and recruiters to make - and help - for free.

We are put in front of dancing with technology at its own house - most of us are either looking for jobs or work like robots, until we hand over to robots or to automatized processes - and some of us dream of this since they were kids - but more have only grown to want it, because it’s well paid and gives you new opportunities - it’a job.

Why not give in to the other side of workaholism?

As en employer or recruiter - whom has a huge power of change upon people - you could be the massive game changer in society >>>

>>> With a resume requirement... have you done volunteering? What did you do? What were the outcomes?

Donno, interview questions... :)

>^•^< Around here, I should mention that volunteering is a great way of team building for a company and kind of the cheapest investment, in order to have the employee’s mental happiness and relief - thus more positive productivity added to your business continuity road. ;) >^•^<

Whow! :))

Would be really nice to see people exchanging also experiences of volunteering and good outcomes, whilst comparing resumes and hard skill sets.

>^•^< Might even educate your kid, in their young employee times... you know, for the greater future :)

Because most of us...will be working in those times :)) >^•^<

That would mean you have a healthy individual coming towards your company and that will also help root its’ values better.

And I’m not putting brackets on the people whom are in lower states of mind, to not being good applicants - on the contrary - the fact that companies and recruiters will demand volunteering, will prevent world wide - TONES of depression, anxiety, low self esteem, social issues, you know we can go on - and I believe that, by now you also know or consider that it would be a good option to VOLUNTEER - it really does boomeranGOOD! :)

Inner happiness and kindness are qualities that indicate a good metric for ‘investing in a person’ with your company values.

And a volunteer will always have a broader area to act upon in your business, as their minds will be filled with positive actions, positive outcomes, obstacle overcoming, problem solving, team work - you name it - because they will have had enriching mindset experiences in the field of CSR.

Around 10% of the people whom apply for jobs have also done volunteering activities - the rest, have not touched the idea of it - yet!

I’ve met so many smart people volunteering - talented and fun and creative and hard working and I was truly amazed and thankful that I got in this ‘business’ of the heart at work and after work - because they were also exceptional in work results and team support - can you see the common trait? :)

Let's debalance our lives with volunteering experiences!

I’m sure there’s so much more potential out there, but there’s was just no loud voice to call it out.

So, if by now it looked a bit difficult to change global mindsets, in the 21st century we could make...

1 requirement for millions or hoping for billions of resumes, changed lives and increased brain productivity.

I truly hope that this message will go where it should. Because I am 100% positive that we can turn the roaming of the industrial impact in our favor - with sunshine and happy surroundings.

Inhale... FRESH AIR... exhale :))

Wake up!

Disrupt the people behavior!

Be a game changer!

Companies and HR services! Yeahhh!

Ok. Hope you got the point :)

Have a nice day and stay happy - healthy! S.
